Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a professional courier pickup for e-bike frames.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned gear for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
