Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all e-bike orders over $1,000 within the continental United States. Accessories ordered separately may incur a small shipping fee.
What is your return policy for e-bikes?
We offer a 30-day return policy. The bike must be in its original packaging and have fewer than 10 miles on the odometer to qualify for a full refund, minus a restocking fee.
Do the bikes come pre-assembled?
Our e-bikes arrive approximately 85% pre-assembled. You will typically need to install the front wheel, handlebars, and pedals. We include all necessary tools and a step-by-step guide in the box.
What kind of warranty is included?
Every E-bikeshop purchase includes a 2-year limited warranty covering the frame, motor, and battery against manufacturing defects.
Can I finance my purchase?

How long does the battery last on a single charge?
Battery range varies by model and terrain, but most of our bikes offer between 35 to 60 miles per charge. High-capacity models can reach up to 80 miles under optimal conditions.
