This is the OEM Shimano Steps front chain device with drive unit mount for use on all our Shimano Steps E8000 equipped eBikes.
Shimano's STEPS E8000 chain device gives added protection helping to prevent chain drop. Resin guide helps keep things running smoothly and quietly. Works with 36-42T max rear sprocket and compatible with 34-38T front chain rings. For use up to 170 mm rear suspension travel. Fits directly to the Shimano Steps E8000 drive unit and offers an open mud shedding design.
